    It's a 100% natural juice made with whole or chopped fruit and freshly squeezed juice. No additives or preservatives, with a creamy texture.
  2. 2- What is a frappe?
    It is a refreshing drink, with a smoothie-like texture.
  3. 3- Can frozen fruit be mixed?
    No. Fruit bags come prepared with chopped fruit.
  4. 4- How do I make portions so that they are 140grs of the flavours I want?
    Fruit bags come with the mixture of the 9 flavours already made.
  5. 5- How do I make smoothies or frappés?
    We recommend the Vita-mix blender which is the best in the market to prepare these products.
  6. 6- Do you have to let the fruit thaw to make a frozen smoothie?
    Never.
  7. 7- What lifespan do the products have?
    The lifespan will depend on the product. Usually long.
  8. 8- How do I place orders?
    Orders can be placed by fax, by phone, email, or through our website.
  9. 9- How long does it take an order to ship from the moment it has been placed?
    Orders take about a week.
  10. 10- Is there a minimum order?.
    No, there is no minimum order.
  11. 11- What is the difference between frozen fruit smoothies (Disfruta) and Sweetbird?
    Sweetbird smoothies come with fruit pulp and with added sugar to conserve it well. On the other hand, the Disfruta smoothie is peeled and sliced frozen fruit.
  12. 12- I am a new customer and want to place an order, what information do you need?
    Fiscal information is needed (CIF, fiscal address, business ...) as well as the shipping address are essential.
  13. 13- Do you sell to final customers?
    Yes.
  14. 14- Where can I try your products?
    If you contact us, we will direct you to the nearest location where you can find our products.
  15. 15- Orders have to be whole boxes?
    Always.
  16. 16- Is it possible to vary the flavours in each box?
    Depending on the product, it is possible to vary flavours provided they are whole boxes.
  17. 17- What are the Venga?
    They are functional beverages based on juice, water and tea.
  18. 18- Can the dispenser pumps, both of syrup and sauce, be reused?
    Yes, cleaning is recommended after each use to keep them in optimal working condition.
  19. 19- Do you sell tea by bulk?
    No.
  20. 20- Do you have menus, posters, etc... to provide us?
    Yes.
  21. 21- How many frappes can be made from each can?
    Each can makes 50 frappes.
  22. 22- Frozen fruit retains all the vitamins and properties of the natural fruit?
    Yes.
  23. 23- Do syrups have alcohol?
    No. They are for flavouring.
  24. 24- What beverages can be flavoured with syrups and sauces?
    Coffees, mochas, lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, iced teas... can all be flavoured.
